    Step 1: Choose Your Coaching Tier

    We offer three flexible monthly packages to meet you where you are and support your journey:

    Essential Coaching
    Ideal for self-starters who need accountability and structure. Includes weekly check-ins, custom macro targets, and access to our coaching app.

    Premium Coaching
    Perfect for those needing more guidance. Includes everything in Essential, plus weekly 1:1 video check-ins (45–60 min), meal planning support, and detailed habit coaching.

    Elite Coaching
    Our most hands-on option. Includes all Premium features, daily app feedback, real-time messaging, and advanced progress tracking with goal adjustments.

  • Step 2: Get Set Up

    After you sign up, you'll complete a comprehensive intake form so we can understand your goals, preferences, medical history, and lifestyle. We’ll use this to build your fully personalized nutrition roadmap.

  • Step 3: Connect Through Our App

    You’ll be added to our private coaching app, where you’ll track meals, habits, metrics, and communicate directly with your coach. All your data is in one place — simple, streamlined, and accessible.

  • Step 4: Weekly Check-ins & Ongoing Support

    Depending on your tier, you’ll receive check-ins via the app or 1:1 video calls, where we review progress, answer questions, and make adjustments to keep you on track.

  • Step 5: Build Lasting Habits

    Our coaching is designed to educate and empower you — not just tell you what to eat. You'll learn how to navigate real life while making progress you can sustain.
