Hi, I’m Maggie Rambeaut, proud mom of three and wife to one. My journey into health and fitness has been shaped by both personal life and years of professional experience in fitness, nutrition, and geriatrics. Working closely with older adults inspired me to focus on an often-overlooked group—women navigating perimenopause and post-menopause.

I specialize in strength and nutrition coaching designed to help women in midlife and beyond feel strong, confident, and resilient. My mission is to guide women through this transition with science-based strategies that support muscle health, hormonal balance, and long-term vitality.

In addition to coaching women, I am equally passionate about working with kids—teaching them the value of movement, strength, and nutrition in a way that supports a healthy lifestyle without the pressures of diet culture. By instilling positive habits early, I aim to help the next generation grow up with strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with food and fitness.
