    As your coach, Maggie provides more than just a workout—she gives accountability, encouragement, and education so you not only see results, but understand the why behind each movement. Sessions are held in our welcoming, non-intimidating studio environment, where you’ll receive the attention and guidance needed to thrive.

    Our coaching goes beyond “what to eat”—we address the bigger picture: stress, sleep, hydration, lifestyle routines, and mindset, all of which impact your nutrition success.

  • At Healthworx Fitness and Nutrition, our Assisted Stretching sessions are designed to help your body move better, recover faster, and feel its best. Using PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) techniques, we safely guide you through customized stretches that go beyond what you can achieve on your own.

    Each session is tailored to your needs—whether you’re looking to relieve tightness, improve flexibility, enhance athletic performance, or simply unwind from the stress of daily life. By gently combining resistance and relaxation, assisted stretching helps release tension, increase range of motion, and restore balance throughout the body.

  • At Healthworx Fitness and Nutrition, our Small Group Classes bring the energy of a group setting with the personal attention of individualized coaching. Each class is intentionally capped in size so that every participant gets hands-on guidance, modifications when needed, and encouragement to push safely toward their goals.

    These classes are built around strength training, functional movement, and conditioning—designed to help you get stronger, improve endurance, and move with confidence. Unlike a big gym environment, our small groups foster connection, accountability, and support in a friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere.

  • At Healthworx Fitness and Nutrition, our Solo Programming Plans are built for individuals who prefer to train on their own but still want the structure, accountability, and expertise of a professionally designed program. These plans give you the confidence of knowing exactly what to do each time you step into the gym—or your home workout space—without the guesswork.

    Each plan is customized to your goals, fitness level, equipment access, and schedule. You’ll receive a structured progression of workouts that balance strength, conditioning, and mobility, while also including clear instructions, coaching cues, and tracking tools so you can measure progress week after week.
